customized designs for a design fee of $249.00 and a $9.98 monthly
hosting fee. Our service includes:
- 1 customized pre-wedding web site design (with up to 3 design changes)
- Up to 20 web pages with content customized by you via our online system
- Up to 20 photos edited and optimized for the Internet by us
- Online RSVP
- Guestbook
- Messageboard
Our Process
- You register a domain name of your choice at a registar such as: GoDaddy.com
- You purchase our service
- You provide us with your favorite photos
- We customize the design you selected
- We email you a link to see the customized design
- You view the design and give us your feedback
- We email you a content mangement system login
- You customize your web page content
- Do
not paste text from MS Word because they have hidden html code that
comes with and the html may mess with your content in unappealing ways
- Launch the site when you are ready
Launching Sites
For
the site to be seen when people type in your domain name, you will have
to provide your registrar with our DNS information. Changing DNS
information points your domain name to our web hosting space.
Registrars have DNS fields that need to have the following information
in them.
DNS1: ns2.alexwheeler.net
DNS2: ns5.interrahost.com
Our Business Practices
GoingToGetMarried.com
retains the copyright on all web site designs we create and our
standard business practice includes showing web site designs we
created. Please let us know if there is any reason for us to
remove the design we customized for your from our portfolio.
Because the scope of our service is to provide pre-wedding sites,
access to our content management system discontinues the day after your
wedding. This will not prevent you from adding wedding and
honeymoon pictures to your photo album service. Post-wedding
sites (designs devoted to sharing all the details of the wedding;
wedding photos, vows, etc.), family sites, baby sites, and other
personal sites may be purchased separately.
